Guesthouse RAMAJ is located in the charming village of Perondi, just a 10-minute drive from the historic town of Kuçovë, a city with a rich communist history. Our holiday home combines comfort with a warm, authentic, and intimate atmosphere. It also features a balcony where you can relax and enjoy the surroundings.

A living room with 2 sofa beds

A fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator and coffee percolator.

A simple bathroom with toilet, bidet, sink, and shower.

Towels and bed linen included.

The garden and exterior of the house are still under development, giving guests a glimpse of the charm that will be fully realized in the future.

Location and surroundings
Our accommodation is in southwestern Albania, nestled in the hills in a peaceful rural area at the foot of the sacred Tomorr Mountain. The local farming life is clearly visible, with many nearby farms.
